Orders normally ship within 48 hours of when they were placed. The only exception for that may be due to orders being purposefully held to prevent the products from being damaged via melting during transit. For example, if you place an order on a Thursday evening, and we deem it necessary to include ice packs and insulation because of the temperatures at parcel’s destination, we may hold the order until Monday to prevent the from being held at the carrier’s warehouse over the weekend. We understand this may be frustrating at times, but we want to do everything we can to ensure products arrive safely and of the highest quality.

We operate multiple warehouses across the country to limit order transit times. Nearly 90% of orders are received within 3 business days of shipping. 
 COVID / Holiday Shipping: We have seen intermittent delays from FedEx over the past year and this holiday season. As such, transit times may be increased by 1-2 days due to shipping volume surges at FedEx.

We can ship anywhere in the continental United States, except for PO Box addresses. Because FedEx is our exclusive carrier, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

We do not offer returns on items that are purchased from retail locations. We recommend reaching out to the retailer.

No, none of Barebells’ products contain palm oil.

Different products are made in different facilities. The Barebells Soft Bars sold in the US are produced in the US, while the original and plant-based bars currently are produced within the EU.

The Barebells original and soft bars are currently not vegan. However, we have a specific plant-based protein bar range that is vegan.

Barebells plant-based protein bars are completely vegan. We use soy, pea, and rice as protein sources. Other Barebells products are neither vegan nor vegetarian.

There are no bioengineered (BE) ingredients in our Barebells bars.

No, Barebells protein bars are not certified kosher.

All Barebells original and plant-based protein bars sold in the US are halal certified (newly launched flavours might still await confirmed certification). At this moment, Barebells soft bars within the US are not Halal certified.

The collagen in Barebells original and soft bars is bovine collagen (only halal certified in the original bars at this moment). The plant-based bars don’t contain collagen.

A serving (one bar, 55 grams) of a Barebells Soft Bar contain 16 grams of protein. The original bars contain 20 grams of protein per bar (55 grams) and the plant-based bars contain 15 grams of protein per bar (55 grams).

The Barebells Soft Bars have made the protein bar market a softer place. Since its European launch, the Soft Bars have won both retail awards and launched in several international markets. Now, they have finally come to the US. They contain 16 grams of protein and have no added sugar*. Hailed as the ‘softest protein bars ever’ the unique recipes contain an ultra-soft core and thick milk chocolate coating.
