Giveaway Terms
1. Sponsor
Sponsor: Vitamin Well USA, LLC, 13468 Beach Ave., Marina del Rey, CA 90292. (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
These Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins 4/30/2026, 7AM ET and ends 5/5/2026, 7AM ET (“Promotion Period”) and are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Rules”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States of America and Washington D.C., except as set forth in the Rules, who are at least eighteen (18) when the Promotion Period begins. Individuals only. Entries submitted by (a) corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, associations, trusts, or any other legal entities, (b) corporate, business, institutional, promotional, or shared accounts, and (c) employees, officers, directors, agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible and will be void. These Sweepstakes are void where prohibited.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter the Sweepstakes only as communicated by the Sponsor through its official social media channels (each a “Social Media Platform”).
Entry limit: Unlimited entry per person across all methods. Any attempt to obtain more entries than stated (including use of automated systems, bots, multiple identities, etc.) may result in disqualification.
5. Prize(s) and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
Prize(s): 1 Pair of air pod maxes + 2 12 pack boxes of Camp S’mores + 2 12 pack boxes of Sunny Smoothie + 2 12 pack boxes of Orange Creamsicle
Total ARV: $715 USD. No substitution, cash transfer, or assignment except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize (or portion) of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection; Odds; Notification
On or about 4/24/2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received on the Social Media Platforms where the Sweepstakes have been communicated by the Sponsor. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winner(s) will be notified by such person’s social media handle on the applicable Social Media Platform. When requested, and except where prohibited by law, potential winner(s) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, which (collectively, “Required Documentation”) in the form provided by Sponsor within five (5) business days of attempted notification as a condition of receiving a prize. The Required Documentation must be completed, signed, and returned to Sponsor within the time period specified by Sponsor, or the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected, time permitting. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond, is ineligible, or does not comply with these Rules, they may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, social media handle(s), photograph, likeness, voice, and/or statements regarding the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed without additional compensation. This includes, without limitation, posting the winner’s name AND SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLES on Sponsor’s website and social media channels, issuing press releases, and featuring winner’S NAME, LIKENESS, AND VOICE in OUR marketing materials. our use of such information is subject to applicable law.
8. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated as awarded. Sponsor will issue required tax forms where applicable (e.g., IRS information reporting for prizes/awards as required by law).
9. General Conditions
Sponsor is not responsible for: late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected entries; technical failures; human error; or any other errors of any kind. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, consistent with applicable law.
10. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, brand ambassadors, and to the extent applicable, their respective employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability, claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or related to such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded pursuant to such Sweepstakes.
11. Privacy

12. Winners List
For a winners list (available after the end of the Promotion Period), send a request to marketing@barebells.com within thirty (30) days from the end of the Promotion Period.
