Barebells Members Club Subscription Terms

Effective Date: May 25, 2026

These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) are maintained by Vitamin Well LLC (“Barebells,” “we”, “our”, or “us”) and apply to all auto-renewing subscription purchases made on shop.barebells.com (the “Site”).

These Subscription Terms supplement and form part of Barebells’ Terms of Sale, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, which include Disclaimers of Warranty, Limitations of Liability, and other relevant provisions and are hereby incorporated by this reference. In the event of any conflict, these Subscription Terms govern subscription purchases.

By enrolling in our subscription program (the “Program” or “Barebells Members Club”), you agree to these Subscription Terms, which form a legally binding agreement. In these Subscription Terms, we may refer to each individual member as “Member”, “you” or “your”.

 

1. Eligibility and Availability

Subscriptions are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old. Subscriptions are offered solely for personal, non-commercial use and are not available to corporate, reseller, wholesale, or business accounts unless expressly approved by Barebells in writing. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by any prohibited user.

Subscriptions are available only to customers with a valid delivery address in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Subscriptions are not available to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations. At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or similar mail forwarding services.

 

2. Subscription Plans

We currently offer a monthly subscription option, in which (a) subscribed products are delivered to you on a recurring monthly basis and (b) your authorized payment method will be charged once per month at the then-current rate. The price charged for your first subscription order may differ from the price charged for subsequent recurring orders, as disclosed at checkout. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION(S) WILL CONTINUE INDEFINITELY UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION(S). You hereby accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including any charges processed by us after the expiration date of your payment card, where applicable.

 

3. Account Requirement

To enroll in, manage, or cancel your subscription, you must have an active customer account on the Site and a valid email address.

An account may be created during checkout when subscribing to products through Barebells Members Club or at any time through the Site. Your account allows you to manage your subscription details, view upcoming orders, skip orders, and cancel your subscription online.

You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account and contact information in your accounts settings.

Barebells reserves the right to limit, suspend, or restrict your ability to enroll in the Barebells Members Club at any time, including by limiting the number of subscribers, without prior notice. We may also re-open enrollment to the Barebells Members Club to Members at any time without prior notice.

 

4. Automatic Renewal & Authorization

By starting a subscription, you authorize Barebells to automatically charge your selected payment method every month. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.

You provide express affirmative consent to recurring charges by actively selecting a subscription option and completing checkout after being presented with the subscription terms.

 

5. Subscriber Gifts & Promotional Benefits

As part of certain subscription plans or promotional campaigns, subscribers may receive gifts or additional benefits, such as branded merchandise (for example, hats, socks, or similar items) or other promotional items (collectively, “Subscriber Gifts”).

Subscriber Gifts are marketed as added promotional benefits and are separate from the core subscription products and pricing.

Important terms regarding Subscriber Gifts:

• Subscriber Gifts are offered at Barebells’ discretion and are not guaranteed with every delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• The type, design, size, value, timing, and availability of Subscriber Gifts may vary.
• Barebells reserves the right to change, substitute, add, modify, or discontinue any Subscriber Gift or promotional benefit at any time, including replacing one type of gift with another.
• Changes to Subscriber Gifts do not affect subscription pricing, billing frequency, or renewal terms and do not constitute a material change to the subscription agreement.

Subscriber Gifts:

• have no cash value,
• are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be returned,
• may be provided while supplies last, and
• may differ from examples shown in marketing materials.

Promotional images or descriptions of Subscriber Gifts are illustrative only and do not guarantee the inclusion of any specific item.

Subscriber Gifts may include unreleased, limited edition, or promotional products that are not yet available for general sale.

Subscriber Gifts may contain common allergens, including but not limited to milk, nuts, soy, wheat, or other allergens.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ ALL LABELS, STICKERS, PACKAGING, OR OTHER MATERIALS INCLUDED WITH ANY PRODUCTS YOU RECEIVE, AS WELL AS ANY COMMUNICATIONS PROVIDED BY US, FOR INGREDIENT LISTS AND ALLERGEN INFORMATION BEFORE CONSUMPTION.

Subscribers are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, reporting obligations, or other tax consequences, if any, arising from the receipt of Subscriber Gifts. Barebells does not provide tax advice and will not be responsible for any tax liabilities associated with Subscriber Gifts.

 

6. Pricing & Changes

• Subscription prices are disclosed before purchase and confirmed by email.
• Any changes to subscription pricing or benefits will apply only to future billing cycles and will be communicated in advance where required by law.
• Taxes and shipping are added at checkout.
• During certain warmer months of the year, an additional shipping charge may be applied to help prevent certain eligible Products (e.g., protein bars) from melting during transit. By subscribing to Members Club, you agree to accept and pay for any additional shipping charge.
• Free shipping may be available on qualifying subscription orders. Eligibility may depend on factors, including, but not limited to, minimum order value. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free shipping thresholds or eligibility criteria at any time, in accordance with applicable law.

 

7. Subscriber Discount

Subscribers may be eligible for a discounted price compared to one-time purchases at the applicable product’s regular price (excluding any promotion, other discounts, or limited offers) (the “Subscriber Discount”). The Subscriber Discount is subject to change with or without prior notice to you.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

• the Subscriber Discount applies only to eligible subscription orders;
• the Subscriber Discount applies to both the initial subscription order and subsequent recurring subscription orders;
• the Subscriber Discount for the initial order may be different that the Subscriber Discount for subsequent subscription orders; and
• the Subscriber Discount is applied to the applicable product price only and does not apply to taxes, shipping, or other fees.

The Subscriber Discount:

• applies only to products clearly identified as eligible for subscription on the Site;
  is not transferable;
• has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit;
• cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases;
• cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless expressly stated; and
• does not apply to gift cards or excluded products, if any.

Barebells reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Subscriber Discount at any time. Any such changes will apply prospectively and will not affect orders already placed or subscription orders already processed.

 

8. Order Confirmation

After subscribing, you will receive an order confirmation email from us including:

• your subscription plan, including the products being subscribed for;
• price and billing frequency;
• next billing date;
• the automatic renewal terms; and
• instructions on how to manage or cancel your subscription.

 

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

How to cancel

• Online via your Barebells account (Subscriptions → Edit options → Cancel this subscription), or
• By contacting customer support at membersclub@barebells.com.

Cancellation is simple and does not require phone calls, chats, or surveys.

Effect of cancellation.

Once you cancel your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email from us and all future subscription charges will no longer be charged to your payment card on file. Orders that have been processed or shipped may not be cancelled. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing or processing date, as reflected in your account. All subscription charges paid prior to the effective date of your termination are non-refundable and you shall be responsible for any charges for transactions prior to your cancellation.

10. Skip Subscription Order

You may have the option to temporarily skip a scheduled subscription order through your account on the Site.

If you choose to skip a subscription order:

• you must make the change at least one ( 1 ) business day before your next billing or processing date (e.g., your subscription anniversary date);
• only the selected, upcoming monthly shipment will be skipped;
• the skipped order will not be processed and we will not charge your payment card for the skipped order;
• you will not be eligible to receive Subscriber Gifts or other subscription-related promotional benefits associated with the skipped order; and
• your subscription will remain active and will automatically resume with the following scheduled monthly order in the next billing cycle (e.g., the following month).

After you skip the applicable order, your subscription will automatically resume according to the schedule you have selected.

Skipping a subscription order is optional and does not limit your right to cancel your subscription at any time. You may cancel your subscription in accordance with these Subscription Terms.

Barebells may modify or discontinue the skip option at any time without affecting your right to cancel your subscription. The availability and limitations of the skip option are determined by the options presented in your account at the time you choose to skip a subscription order.

11. Promotional Offers & Trials

If your subscription includes a promotional price, discount, or introductory offer:

• full post-promotion pricing is disclosed at checkout; and
• applicable reminders are sent where required by law or card-network rules.

We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order was submitted and accepted). If a product is sold mistakenly at an incorrect price or an incorrect amount is charged to your payment card, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the applicable product.

12. Payment Issues

If a payment cannot be processed:

• Barebells may retry the charge, and
• your subscription order may be skipped or cancelled if payment fails.

You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information in your account settings.

13. Out-of-Stock Items

We will try to provide advance written notice if an item in your subscription is out-of-stock or otherwise unavailable. If you choose to replace an out-of-stock item in your subscription, including by affirmatively selecting a replacement option made available through your account or in response to our notice, the replacement item will become part of your ongoing subscription and will be included in future orders unless and until you make a further change through your account. Product availability may change at any time, and we do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific item. From time to time, circumstances outside our control may affect shipment timing or product availability.

14. Discontinued Items

If a product included in your subscription is discontinued, Barebells will notify you and may cancel or modify the affected subscription order.

Discontinuation of a subscription product does not affect your ability to cancel your subscription at any time.

15. User Content and Permission to Repost

IF YOU VOLUNTARILY SHARE PHOTOS, VIDEOS, OR OTHER CONTENT FEATURING THE PROGRAM, SUBSCRIBER GIFTS OR SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA OR OTHER PUBLIC PLATFORMS AND TAG BAREBELLS, USE A BAREBELLS OR BAREBELLS MEMBERS CLUB HASHTAG, OR OTHERWISE CLEARLY IDENTIFY BAREBELLS IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH CONTENT (“USER CONTENT”), YOU HEREBY GRANT BAREBELLS A NON-EXCLUSIVE, ROYALTY-FREE, WORLDWIDE, AND REVOCABLE LICENSE TO REPOST, SHARE, AND DISPLAY SUCH USER CONTENT FOR MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. THIS CONSENT WITH RESPECT TO USER CONTENT SHALL SURVIVE IF YOU TERMINATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO THE PROGRAM. YOU HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU OWN OR HAVE RIGHTS TO GRANT THIS LICENSE AND THAT OUR USE WILL NOT VIOLATE ANY THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

THIS PERMISSION INCLUDES THE RIGHT TO USE YOUR NAME, USERNAME, IMAGE, LIKENESS, VOICE, AND ANY OTHER IDENTIFYING ELEMENTS CONTAINED IN THE USER CONTENT SOLELY IN CONNECTION WITH REPOSTING OR SHARING THAT CONTENT.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

• YOUR PERMISSION IS GRANTED VOLUNTARILY,
• NO ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION OR CONSIDERATION IS OWED TO YOU FOR SUCH USE, AND
• BAREBELLS IS NOT OBLIGATED TO USE OR REPOST ANY USER CONTENT.

YOU MAY REVOKE THIS PERMISSION AT ANY TIME BY CONTACTING BAREBELLS VIA THE FOLLOWING EMAIL MEMBERSCLUB@BAREBELLS.COM, AFTER WHICH BAREBELLS WILL MAKE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS TO CEASE FUTURE USE OF THE USER CONTENT.

16. Changes to Subscription Terms

Barebells may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated as required by law.

17. Audit; Termination

We reserve the right to audit your account (including your subscription activity) at any time in our sole discretion. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow these Subscription Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Subscription Terms may result in the termination or suspension of your subscription. If we terminate or suspend your subscription, your access to the Program and any benefits associated therewith will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, abuse of these Subscription Terms, we may pursue appropriate legal action against you.

18. Governing Terms

These Subscription Terms are governed by and incorporated into Barebells’:

• Terms of Sale,
• Terms of Use, and
• Privacy Policy.

ALL LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, ARBITRATION, AND GOVERNING LAW PROVISIONS IN THOSE DOCUMENTS APPLY TO SUBSCRIPTIONS.
