Purchase information

Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been received.
My order is being shipped to the wrong address, what can I do?
Once an order is placed, we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to FedEx once the order ships to change your address. Please follow the instructions in the link below.

When will my order ship?
Orders normally ship within 48 hours of when they were placed. The only exception for that may be due to orders being purposefully held to prevent the products from being damaged via melting during transit. For example, if you place an order on a Thursday evening, and we deem it necessary to include ice packs and insulation because of the temperatures at parcel’s destination, we may hold the order until Monday to prevent the from being held at the carrier’s warehouse over the weekend. We understand this may be frustrating at times, but we want to do everything we can to ensure products arrive safely and of the highest quality.
When will I receive my order?
We operate multiple warehouses across the country to limit order transit times. Nearly 90% of orders are received within 3 business days of shipping.

COVID / Holiday Shipping: We have seen intermittent delays from FedEx over the past year and this holiday season. As such, transit times may be increased by 1-2 days due to shipping volume surges at FedEx.
Where do you ship?
We can ship anywhere in the continental United States, except for PO Box addresses. Because FedEx is our exclusive carrier, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Do you offer returns on purchases from retail locations?
We do not offer returns on items that are purchased from retail locations. We recommend reaching out to the retailer.

Our Website accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cards will be charged when the order is placed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at help@barebells.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to the nature of our products, we handle returns on a case by case basis.
